All advance or deposit payments made to start a project are generally non-refundable.

- Duplicate payment was made accidentally
- Services cannot be delivered due to internal limitations

- Before work starts: partial refund may be considered
- After work begins: charges will apply for completed work and time invested

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

7. Plugin/Product Refund Section
Digital Product Refunds
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, refunds for WordPress plugins or software products are generally not provided once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
Refund requests may only be considered if:
